Campaspe Bend is a family run property, nestled into a bend of the Campaspe River in Victoria's Macedon Ranges.

 

In 1987 we established our Poll Hereford Stud and for over three decades we have been producing premium beef cattle.  During 1999 we planted our olive grove to add a new dimension to our farming enterprise; and as it transpires, to the rural landscape.

 

This undulating country is situated between Woodend and Tylden, at 600m above sea level.  With views to Mt. Macedon, it has a natural beauty which we nurture.  The Campaspe River bends around the property, forming our eastern and southern boundaries.

 

Natural stands of eucalypts and acacias have been expanded by planting native flora which provides habitat for the abundant native wildlife.  The considered plantings of exotic species add to the bush garden linking it gently into the bush and farmland landscape.
